Refund process

To cancel an order placed in the Avangate system, You must contact Phoenix Software.

Or by accessing Avangate myAccount and going to the "My Products" section where You will find the contact details of the software author under "Support information".

Alternatively, You can contact Avangate directly at If You contact Avangate, Avangate shall request a refund on Your behalf from the Vendor. You must provide a reason for the requested refund, which the Vendor will approve at its discretion.

If the request is granted, payments are refunded as follows:

  • Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
